Capabilities (verified in the product): real-name speaker attribution (Donna
reads Google Meet's captions in the room and names every transcript segment — no "Speaker 1/2");
cross-meeting memory (open commitments carry into every new report, tracked in a Receipts ledger
until kept, so repeated promises get called out with dates); Ask Donna (natural-language Q&A over
the entire meeting archive with quotes and citations); calendar auto-join (secret iCal feed, no
OAuth); a live speaker-attributed caption feed during calls; attendance timelines (who joined and
left, when); and an upload pipeline that runs the same analysis on recordings from any source.

Pricing model (important, because this market is priced per seat and Donna is not):
usage is metered in credits — attending a meeting, uploading a recording, asking the
archive a question, each transcribed minute, and each delivered report. A one-time
credit grant plus a monthly free allowance start every account; packs are sold in
Indian rupees at https://account.flocci.in; platform credits work across every Flocci
product and never expire. There is no per-seat licence.

Honest limits, stated so nobody has to discover them: live attendance is Google Meet
only (no Zoom or Teams bot; recordings from any platform can be uploaded and analysed),
there is no CRM sync, no mobile app, no engagement or sentiment scoring, and no
open-source distribution. Reports are English by default with the report language
configurable; transcription follows the language actually spoken, including
code-switched Hindi-English.
