Built in India, for meetings that switch languages mid-sentence

Direct answer

Is Donna an Indian AI meeting notetaker? Yes. She is built by Flocci Technologies in Ranchi, Jharkhand; credits are bought in rupees rather than a dollar seat subscription; transcription follows code-switched Hindi-English speech instead of assuming one language per call; and the report language is yours to choose while quotes stay exactly as spoken.

Three things that are different here

Rupees, and no seats

Credits are sold in Indian rupees through account.flocci.in, metered by meetings attended and reports delivered. A ten-person team does not buy ten subscriptions to find out whether meeting AI is worth it.

Hinglish is the default case

Indian workplace meetings switch languages inside a single sentence — Hindi verb, English noun, Hindi deadline. Transcription follows what was actually said, so the words that carry meaning survive.

Your hours, your calendar

Support and setup run from India, and calendar auto-join works from a secret iCal feed with no third-party Google app to get past your IT policy.

Why custody matters for Indian teams specifically

Two forces meet here. Indian services businesses run on client conversations governed by contracts that often name where data may be processed — and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act made the handling of personal data in those recordings a board-level question rather than an IT preference. A cloud notetaker answers both questions with somebody else’s policy. Donna can be deployed so that the recording is born on infrastructure you control and never leaves it, which turns a procurement objection into a paragraph you can actually write.

The question clients ask:  “Where is the recording of our call?”  The answer you want: “On our own server.”

One sign-in across every Flocci product

Built on the Flocci platform — one Google sign-in across every Flocci product, shared org workspaces, credit-metered usage, and delivery through one gateway you can point at your own infrastructure. If your team already uses another Flocci product, the same Google account and the same credit wallet work here — no new vendor onboarding, no separate invoice, no second identity to administer.

Questions, answered straight

Which Indian languages work?

The recognition is broadly multilingual, so Hindi and other widely spoken languages transcribe, with quality varying by language and audio conditions. The honest advice for any vendor is to run one real meeting through it before standardising — the upload pipeline lets you do that with a recording you already have.

Do you support Zoom, which many Indian teams use?

Not for live attendance — Donna joins Google Meet. Recordings from Zoom, Teams or a phone can be uploaded and analysed with the same pipeline, which covers the rest.

Can we pay by UPI or card?

Credit packs are bought through account.flocci.in using the payment methods offered there, in rupees. There is no seat licence to buy first.

Is data stored in India?

On a private deployment, wherever you put the server — that is the point of running it yourself. On the hosted service, the honest answer is that infrastructure location is a platform matter rather than a marketing claim; ask us and we will tell you exactly where your workspace runs.
