Structure beats discounts
Cloud notetakers price per seat per month — published plans across this market generally run from several to tens of dollars per user (figures change; their pricing pages are the source of truth). The structure is the point: a 15-person team pays 15 subscriptions whether or not anyone met that week. Donna inverts it — capacity is the server, cost is actual usage, and adding your sixteenth teammate costs exactly nothing.

Is there a free trial?
Early access starts with a guided setup on your own server, and the upload pipeline lets you test the full analysis on past recordings immediately — you see the report quality on your real meetings before Donna attends a single live call.
Are there hidden platform fees?
None — there is no platform in the billing path. Your VPS bill, your Groq bill, your DeepSeek bill, all direct. We could not meter you if we wanted to; nothing of yours touches our infrastructure.
What about support and updates?
Early-access teams get direct support from Flocci Technologies and updates delivered as standard releases you pull and build — the same shape as any well-run self-hosted product.
