I take four different kinds of meeting a day. Do I have to configure anything per meeting?
No. Donna classifies the session first and picks the matching lens automatically — a pitch gets read as a pitch, a design review as a design review. You can pin one lens in settings, or re-read any past meeting through a different lens later.
Can I keep investor and customer conversations off a vendor’s cloud?
That is the architecture. Donna runs on infrastructure you control, records to your own disk, and stores transcripts and reports in your own database — no notetaker vendor holds a copy of a board conversation.
