Newest first. Only work that is in the product — no roadmap items, and the bugs that mattered are listed alongside the features, because the bugs are how you know what the product had to survive.
Every finished read can now leave the room three ways: a revocable link that needs no sign-in and always serves the latest version of that lens, a branded PDF, or Markdown with a provenance header. You can also email a read to named people. Share links are deliberately excluded from search engines.
Donna now works out what kind of session she attended — corporate, technical, workshop, sprint ceremony, knowledge transfer, pitch — and reads it through the matching lens, each with its own report sections. Any past meeting can be re-read through a different lens on demand, straight from the stored transcript, without recording anything again.
Donna used to sit in a call long after everyone left, because a rival vendor’s notetaker was still in the room and the headcount said two. She now reads the roster by name, classifies other vendors’ notetakers as non-attendees (they also stopped polluting participant lists), and has a silence backstop that needs no headcount at all.
Audio chunks are compressed and size-checked before upload, and a rejected chunk is skipped with a warning instead of killing the run. Before this, meetings past roughly a quarter of an hour could lose their entire transcript to a rejected upload — the worst kind of bug, because it failed quietly.
The join path stopped waiting serially on selector variants, cutting a large block of dead time from every meeting join. End-of-call detection now runs on four independent signals, and the live view has an explicit End and report now control that leaves the call and still writes the report.
The dashboard moved permanently to /app on the main domain, the separate dashboard hostname was retired, and sign-out became per-app rather than sweeping every Flocci product. Landing pages never auto-redirect signed-in users away from the public site.
Donna joined the shared Flocci credit wallet: joining a meeting, uploading a recording and asking the archive a question are metered pre-flight, while transcription minutes and delivered reports settle after the work is done. Your balance and buy link live in the app; credits are shared across Flocci products.
The public service went live with sign-in through the shared Flocci identity — one Google account across every Flocci product. Calendar auto-join is brokered through that same identity layer rather than a Donna-specific Google app, so there is no extra third-party app in your Workspace.
Three capabilities that changed what the reports could say: speaker attribution from the meeting’s own captions (no more Speaker 1 and Speaker 2), cross-meeting memory so open commitments carry into every new report, and Ask Donna — natural-language questions over the whole archive, answered with quotes and citations.
