For distributed teams: the meeting happened at 2am for half the company

Distributed teams pay a tax nobody budgets for: the meeting happens in one time zone and everyone else gets a recording link they will never watch. Donna converts each call into something asynchronous by nature — a read with the decisions, the commitments and the open threads, plus a searchable speaker-attributed transcript for anyone who wants to hear the exact exchange without scrubbing an hour of video.

What this job loses without a real record

The sections that earn their keep here

What Happened

The thirty-second version for someone who was not there — one paragraph and a handful of transcript-grounded bullets — written to be read cold, without context.

Shipped vs. Promised

For recurring ceremonies, the honest ledger of what was demonstrated against what was committed, so an absent time zone can audit progress without attending.

The Receipts

Owner, action, deadline and exact words, with soft deadlines flagged — the asynchronous handoff that a recording link can never be.

The lens that fits

The Delivery Desk — Shipped vs. promised, blockers counted, scope moves named. Sprint reviews, standups, planning sessions and retros — the recurring ceremonies where status is reported. Donna selects it from the meeting itself, so nobody has to remember to switch modes.

Questions, answered straight

Can people read the outcome without an account?

Yes. A share link needs no sign-in, always serves the latest version of that read, and can be revoked at any time. PDF and Markdown exports work for teams that live in a wiki.

Is the transcript searchable afterwards?

The transcript viewer has search, a timestamps toggle, copy and a text download, and Ask Donna searches across every meeting in the archive with quotes and citations.

What about meetings in more than one language?

Transcription detects the spoken language, including Hindi and code-switched Hindi-English, and the report language is a setting — so a team can meet in one language and read in another.
